  • 2020

    In November 2020, Feng Zhang, the president of Dmall, shared digital anti-COVID 19 experiences at the opening ceremony of the World Internet Conference-Internet Development Forum.

  • In November 2020, Dmall jointed hands with Metro Group at the 3rd China International Import Expo (CIIE), bringing live streaming of digital retail services to the Expo site, with better online-offline interactions.

  • In October 2020, Dmall launched its latest Retail Alliance Cloud strategy at the 3rd Beijing Consumer Goods Fair. Based on Dmall OS and MiniOS, the Cloud has enhanced its value-added services, such as O2O home delivery, advertising and marketing, helping brick and mortar retail stores to be fully digitalized.

  • In September 2020, Wumart plus Dmall Digital Transformation of Offline Retailing was selected as a Model Innovation Case at 2020 China International Fair for Trade in Services (CIFTIS).

  • In April 2020, amid COVID-19 pandemic, Dmall teamed up with Wumart Group to build more than 6,000 anti-epidemic picking-up stations within two months, bringing contactless delivery services into communities and protecting people’s lives and health in the finest detail.

  • 2019

    In November 2019, Dmall formed comprehensive strategic cooperation with China Construction Bank.

  • In November 2019, Dmall became the technological cooperation partner of Metro Group in China.

  • In October 2019, Dmall attended the World Internet Conference for the first time in Wuzhen.

  • In January 2019, Chongqing Department Store, a retail giant in Southwest China, launched Dmall smart shopping services in multiple locations. By leveraging their complementary models and resource sharing, the two companies achieved comprehensive cooperation in supply chain, warehousing & fulfillment, member services and goods management, etc., jointly promoting digital transformation of retailing in Southwest of China.

  • 2018

    In March 2018, a strategic cooperation agreement was signed between Shenzhen Investment Holdings Co. Ltd and Dmall Life (China) Network Technology Company in Shenzhen.

  • 2017

    In November 2017, Dmall reached strategic cooperation with Zhongbai Holdings Group. With their complementary models and resources, comprehensive cooperation would be carried out in areas such as supply chain, warehousing and logistics, online delivery, member services, and product management.

  • In August 2017, Dmall embarked on strategic cooperation with Cenbest Group. Dmall provides services for Cenbest’s 144 supermarkets and 6 department stores, covering aspects like membership, payment, technology, and marketing.

  • In April 2017, Dmall’s mobile self-checkout service went online. Instead of paying at the cashier, the service enables supermarket shoppers to pay online by scanning product QR codes with their mobile phones.

  • In January 2017, Dmall launched its instant payment function. Users can pay bills by shaking their mobile phones installed with Dmall application. Linking the APP with Alipay and WeChat, a Dmall omnichannel payment platform was generally established.

  • 2015

    In November 2015, the “Global Premium Product” channel in Dmall application was officially launched in Beijing. With presales of over 600 types of products from across the world, it helps to meet users’ demand for high-end goods and enrich the company’s strategic businesses.

  • On March 31, 2015, Dmall was established with 100 million US dollars raised during its angel round fundraising. On the same day, Dmall APP Beijing was launched.
