Before 2017, Wumart Beijing's Lenovo Bridge store was losing RMB 1mn annually. But after Dmall’s digital transformation, Lenovo Bridge store operating area reduced from 12,000 square meters to 3,500 square meters, the number of SKUs lowered from 17,000 to 9,500, while the entire store's fresh grocery share increased from 30% to 50%. By doing this, Lenovo Bridge's profit rose 113 percent year-on-year.
