Founded in 2015, Dmall is an omni-channel digital retail service provider that enables retailers to achieve comprehensive digitalization via cloud-based Dmall OS and MiniOS solution. Dmall OS is a one-stop retail digitalization solution consisted of over 800 modules, and MiniOS is developed specifically for convenience stores and other non-supermarket enterprises. Together, the united retail cloud solution can help improve operational efficiency for retail clients, and deliver better shopping experience for customers.

By the end of 2020, Dmall's model has gain industry-wide recognition as it has joined hands with more than 120 supermarket chains, covering more than 13,000 stores across China. Dmall currently has 180 million registered members and nearly 19 million of monthly active users.Dmall was included in Deloitte's "Top 50 rapidly-growing high-tech companies in China" , ranking 7th in revenue growth and was named on the Forbes List of China's 50 Most Innovative Companies in 2018. In 2020, it was selected in the list of the first KPMG's top 50 Companies Featuring Consumer Technology.

Dmall closed C-round financing of RMB2.8 billion in October 2020, which was jointly led by Xingtou Capital (the private equity arm of Industrial Bank Co.,Ltd), China Structural Reform Fund Co., Ltd., followed by Fujian Hengan Group, Lenovo Capital and Incubator Group, Futian Guiding Fund and Tianya Capital. The existing shareholder Tencent, IDG Capital and China Merchants Bank International Capital Corporation Limited also participated.

Zhang Wenzhong

Dmall's Chairman Mr. Zhang engaged in top-level design and policy studies of Chinese economy in the early stage of reform and opening-up period, with his “Macroeconomic policies decision-making system” and other research achievements being recognized on a state level. He also founded Wumart, China's first modern hypermarket chain in Beijing. In 2015, Mr.Zhang founded Dmall to tackle the challenge of digitalizing China's retail sector. Mr. Zhang was awarded as Man of The Year in Chinese Retailing from 2017 to 2018, Top 10 China Economic Persons of the Year in 2018, Man of the year in China’s Business News in 2018 and A Role Model for Business Leaders in 2018.
  • Zhang Feng

    Dmall's President Mr. Zhang Feng is responsible for the company’s day-to-day operation. As a founding partner of Dmall, he led the company in the implementation of “distributed e-commerce”, “full scope retail digitalization”, “the integration of online and offline shopping” and other retail digitalization initiatives.
  • Yang Kai

    Dmall's Partner Mr. Yang Kai has over 15 years of experience in e-commerce product managmemt, platform architecture design and R&D team leadership. He is well-versed in the online-to-offline business execution and proven sucess in the establishment of data middle platform, new techonology innovation and commercialization. Prior to Dmall, Yang Kai served as head of R&D at Alibaba and JD e-commerce. He managed 1000 person strong R&D team at JD, and oversaw the IT development behind the PoP platform, international sites and new retail business. At Dmall, he is responsible for the overall R&D activities, design and implementation of Dmall OS solution.
  • Liu Guihai

    Dmall's Partner Mr. Liu is responsible for Dmall’s business development, marketing and public and relations. He worked as BD director in Phoenix New Media co., Ltd. He also served as a director and the Vice President of Sanrenxing Media Group. He has over 10 years of experience in online marketing management.
  • Ren Zhongwei

    Dmall's Partner Mr. Ren is responsible for Dmall’s corporate strategy, capital operation, Mini OS initiative and AIOT. Prior to Dmall, He was the General Manager of Smart TV Division and the General Manager of the Northern Region at Lenovo Group Limited.He is a seasoned veteran in product development and sales management.
  • Chen Zhiyu

    Director Mr. Chen Zhiyu, currently a Board Director of Dmall Inc. and Deputy CEO of METRO China, has over 13 years of management experience in financial, digital and retail industries in both China domestic and overseas markets. He has gained extensive professional experience in FinTech and E-commerce during his career with Barclays Bank and Alibaba Group in London, Hong Kong and mainland China. Prior to joining WUMART Group, Mr. Chen Zhiyu was a Global Officer with Walmart, and have served on several leadership positions, including SVP of Sam’s Club China, SVP of Walmart China, as well as Board Director of Walmart Hong Kong. Mr. Chen Zhiyu graduated from Zhejiang University with Bachelor's degree in Engineering and obtained his Master's degree in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Oxford.
